Numerous data testify to perspectivity of biologically active substances application (BAS) as growth factors and activators of immunity. As a result of laboratory and field experiences it is established, that on potato preparations acrobat MC and microgumat, and also their mix were the most effective. Good results are received at application of hydrogumat, copper and iron chelates. Plants processed by BAS had raised germination, development of disease on shoots decreased on 6,0 - 11,0%. Hyperactivity of plants, stability to disease was partially kept and during vegetation. Development of Rhizoctonia solani on shoots of potato decreased from 13.4% in the control over 1,9 - 8,3% in variants with seed tubers processed by BAS. The quantity of stalks in a bush has increased on 0.6 - 1.3 pcs/bush. The increase of productivity has made from 28 up to 68 c/ha, on the average for three years of research. The content of starch in tubers of potato is noted also. Among all studied variants on growth of productivity the best parameters were at use for preseeding processing a mix of acrobat MC and microgumat. Development of scab depended on processing seed tubers a little. The tendency to decrease in a degree of defeat is noted. The content of starch in tubers has increased a little, the quantity of nitrates did not exceed admissible norm
