Values of progesterone indicators in cow milk during all pregnancy are identical to dynamics of hormone in blood and can serve as estimation of functional condition of yellow body of ovaries. The hormonal status at cows during fructification is characterised by dynamics of indicators of functional activity of sexual and endocrine glands reflecting condition of fetoplacental system at normal pregnancy and its pathology. At healthy animals high concentration of progesterone with peak on the second and sixth months are observed at rather low content of oestradiol-17 beta with formation of oestrogenic dominants in the last month of pregnancy. In dynamics of hydrocortisone two periods of uprise, since the first till the third month and from the seventh before parturition are established, and dynamics of thyroid hormones differed relative constancy with some increase triiodothyroninum on the ninth month of pregnancy. At the cows predisposed to pathology of parturition and the postnatal period, pregnancy proceeded against high concentration of progesterone, but with delay of its initial peak for a month and infringement of parity with oestradiol. In the hydrocortisone content its low level on the second, fourth, fifth and eighth months of pregnancy is marked and dynamics of thyroid hormones did not undergo essential changes at rather low content of thyroxine
