[Elaboration of effective DNA-markers for species identification of ixodes ticks on the territory of Belarus]

The effective DNA-markers for species identification of morphology similar ticks species (I. ricinus and I. persulcatus), that occur on the territory of Belarus, were made. The obtained scientific data are a basis for the further research on studying of structure of ixodes ticks’ micropopulations and ways of its formation to conditions of anthropological influences on ecosystem. Research in the given direction will allow to spend specific identification of ixodes ticks of all administrative areas of Belarus, mapping of territories on epidemic danger concerning the western and Far East genotypes of tick encephalitis, and to develop methodical recommendations for practical workers of sanitary-epidemic service of Ministry of Health of Belarus. These research are especially actual in connection with the described cases of contact to blood-sicking arthropods of the open nature: two kinds of ixodes ticks I. ricinus and Dermacentor reticulatus Herm, and with detection in republic territory strain of tick encephalitis, concerning a Far East genotype, and also with substantial growth, according to epidemiological service, number of ticks carried to morphological signs to a kind I. persulcatus in territory of the Minsk area that can lead to disease of people not typical for territory of Belarus east genovariant of tick encephalitis
