Electric field influence on germinating seeds of grain on barley example is considered. For experiment eight tests of seed material have been selected. In each test contained on 100 units of grains of barley. All samples are divided on two groups on four tests in everyone. For infringement of the period of physiological rest electric field of the big intensity was used. For electric field creation the dielectric separator of seeds CDL-1 was used. In the dielectric separator to working bodies is served by a drum from a dielectric material, on which are reeled up (closely - a coil to a coil) two isolated conductors, being electrodes. The high voltage was brought to them 5 kV from the raising low-power transformer. Between conductors - electrodes created non-uniform electric field to which investigated seeds appeared. It is possible to draw a conclusion that electric field really influences on biological processes of ability to live of seeds. Germinating for the fourth day at the processed samples on 27% exceeds a similar indicator at raw samples. As to the seventh day here germinating is almost identical, however the difference in number of normally sprouted seeds between the processed and raw seeds makes 41%
