At vegetable oil production in adsorptive refining bleaching clay (bleaching ground, fuller earth) which structure includes 95,5-99,0% montmorillonite is used. Fulfilled bleaching clay received at the GrodnoBioprodukt enterprise at production of rape oils contains 22% of fat, carotenoids, tocopherol, phospholipids and other biologically active components. Enrichment of diet of broiler chickens with fulfilled bleaching clay in number of 5% from weight of feed promotes increase in alive weight at 5,68%, decrease in expenditure of feed on 4,3% on production unit. The additional gain is received because of more intensive growing of muscular weight. It proves to be true the following indicators: higher lethal output - on 1,97%, output of chest muscles there is more on 1,5%, femoral - on 0,46%, share of edible parts - on 1,13% above. The fat content in red muscles of chickens of the second experimental group has increased by 12,7%, protein - on 6,19% in comparison with the control group. In white meat there was an insignificant reduction of fat, the protein content has increased by 5,4%. Use of bleaching clay from production wastes of rape oil in feeding of broiler chickens has not rendered negative influence on flavouring and organoleptic quality of broth, boiled and fried meat
