In Belarus the efficiency of functioning of the agriculture appreciably depends on giving financial support to the agrarian sector. Financial condition of agricultural organizations of Belarus is analyzed. The rating of rural commodity producers on activity efficiency is carried out. On its basis the requirement for machinery is calculated. Today the state support appears appreciably and includes set of directions of use of budgetary funds. However it is necessary to consider, that support of the rural commodity producers are rendered not always by a positive effect. In this case machinery acquisition in leasing has led to increase credit debts in the organizations and to their deterioration financial condition. For the centralized financial support has provided effective conducting an agricultural production means for modernization expediently direct to those organizations which can to carry out return by production
