[Financial management in sphere of the state support of agriculture]

The role and place of agriculture in the national economy has been considered. The significance of the industry in ensuring food security of the state, raising the level of social well-being of the nation have been shown. It has been stated that the five - year period is planned for the immediate significant increase in agricultural production and the withdrawal of Belorussian agro - industrial complex to the level of economically advanced countries. Achieving this goal requires new approaches to the management of the industry, the effective use and management, primarily financial one. The subject of financial management in agriculture in the first place should be a system of financial flows supporting the government. The mechanism of formation and draft on funds of state support system of a domestic agriculture is considered. The attention to that fact is inverted, that the significant part of public funds is directed on maintenance of activity of inefficiently functioning agricultural enterprises. The way of perfection of methods to distribution of state financial resources between the agricultural enterprises is offered. It allows to increase their recoupment and not to admit development of dependant tendencies. Necessity of financial management in this sphere as a precondition of resistant and dynamical development of agriculture is justified
