Dynamics of accumulation and specific structure of air microflora of pig - breeding complex premises for a work cycle including pigs cultivation from a birth before transfer on fattening is studied. It is established, that from air of pig - breeding complexes bacteria of sorts Escherichia, Bacillus, Staphylococcus and enterobacter which can serve as the reason of animal infectious diseases are most often allocated. The quantity of conditional - pathogenic microorganisms during pigs cultivation increases practically in a geometrical progression. For a work cycle without carrying out of preventive disinfection the general air bacterial insemination increases in 20 and more times in comparison with day of statement of sows on farrow, and makes 112500 - 118300 CОЕ/m3
