At primary cattle research on tuberculosis the animal reaction on 72 h less intensive, than at the repeated: 4,4 ± 0,08 mm against 5,3 ±0,11 mm in the first economy and 4,3 ± 0,08 mm against 5,7 ± 0,11 mm in other, - at the camp maintenance animal 6,9 ± 0,13 mm against 4,3 ± 0,08 mm. After additional introduction of two allergens (for mammals and for birds) for the purpose of differentiation of tuberculin reactions and the account of increase in a skin fold on them through 48 h the general law is marked: reduction of the skin fold on tuberculin for mammals (1,6 - 2,0 mm) and is considerable larger its increase on tuberculin for birds (5,2 - 6,0 mm). The maximum values of tuberculin reactions through 72 h (6,9 ± 0,18 mm) were marked at animals who round the clock were in summer camps though differentiating distinction on introduction of different allergens through 48 h was formed accurately at the level of the previous research
