[Nutritional mediums and cultivation of microorganisms]

The important questions concerning physiology of microbes are taken up: their nutrition, breath, growth, reproduction. The general data on the nutrient mediums, requirements shown to them are presented, classification of nutrient mediums, their making of raw materials of various origin is given, methods of control of monitoring of quality of environments is described, the compounding of nutrient mediums for separate species of microorganisms and the information concerning filtration, clarification, compaction, sterilization, lyophilization of environments are resulted. Influence of such factors, as temperature, рН of nutrient medium and growing culture, concentration of the dissolved oxygen, duration of cultivation on growth of bacteria are shown. The device scheme most widely applied in production of veterinary biological preparations of the reactor (fermenter) with a mechanical mixer is given, questions of preparation of a sowing material for sowing of the nutrient medium in the reactor, sterilization of air submitted in fermenter, aeration of growing culture, suppression by foam are considered. The general approaches to mathematical modelling of cultivation of microorganisms in reactors and the basic aspects of working out of process of an operated mode of cultivation of bacteria are stated. The materials, concerning usage of not food protein containing raw materials for receiving hydrolyzates and preparations on their basis of nutrient mediums for microorganisms cultivation are resulted
