Application of inactivated vaccines against poultry pasteurellosis (production of Belarus) causes the expressed changes in the central and peripheric organs of immune system in geese that conducts to formation of the long and intense immunity. The conducted research testify to enough high efficiency of domestic inactivated emulsion - vaccine against poultry pasteurellosis from strains causing expressed immunomorphological reactions in the central and peripheral bodies of immunity which are accompanied by the following: increase in total of cells of myeloblastic shoot, quantity of eosinophilus and pseudoeosinophilus, leucoerythroblast index, reduction of index of maturing of pseudoeosinophilus in bone marrow of goslings; increase in sizes of crust substances of thymus and increase of lymphocytes density in it, characterising proliferation processes, in the beginning of formation of immunity, and reduction of the given parametres in connection with cells migration in the second phase of the immune response; active processes of limphosytes proliferation in bursa Fabritsius shown by expansion of crust substance and increase of limphosytes density in it, with the subsequent migration of cells, development of active plasmocyte reaction; increase the size and quantity of lymphoid knots and diffusive lymphoid tissue in spleen, intensive plasmocyte reaction; increase of quantity of lymphoid tissue and development of moderate plasmocyte reactions in bodies of immunity associated with digestive tract
