Evaluation of the agglutinative activity of seed lectins of cereal and leguminous crops (soya, blue lupine, soft wheat, spring barley and white bean) relation with erythrocytes of cattle in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus was realized. The assessment of phytolectin hemagglutinin activity was realized using a spectrum photometer turbidimetry mode. The intensity of agglutination of erythrocytes with phytolectins was presented. The intensity of agglutination reaction in the conditions of usage of agricultural crops lectins depended on the used in the experiment crop species. Research results showed that lectins from soya seed extracts were the most active agglutinators of erythrocytes. In course of agglutination duration there was stated the lowering of transfer capacity from 87,5% up to 51,2% in course of one hour that proved the high intensity of erythrocytes agglutination reaction by soya lectines by means of formation lectine bridges between carbohydrate determinants of used in the experiment blood elements. Seed lectins of other agricultural crops revealed lower level of agglutination activity in relation to erythrocytes that could assume their lower capacity for formation of complexes with carbohydrate determinants of cell membranes. The minimal activity level was shown by barley and bean lectins, maximum – by soya and wheat
