[Development of the set of reactants for Elisa of progesterone in milk of cows with the purpose of early diagnostics of the pregnancy]

The reported study concerns the producing of components and the design of analytical system for the enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay of progesterone in milk for the early pregnancy diagnosis in cows. Assay optimization issues are discussed. By means of the received components of analytical system the set of reactants for Elisa of progesterone in milk, answering to the technical requirements shown to Elisa - sets is designed. An optimum parity of milk volume and conjugate in the developed system is 0,02 on 0,2 ml at which fat content of milk does not render essential influence on definition of progesterone concentration. From the checked up preservatives (20% potassium bichromate, merthiolate, ehuksil) the longest safety of tests of milk provides last at which use concentration of progesterone practically did not change within 30 days
