The influence of sodium thyosulphate on the morphology of immune system of hen youngsters parenteral immunized by liquid inactivated oil - emulsion vaccine against infectious bursal disease (IBD), infectious bronchitis (IB), infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) and Newcastle disease (ND) have been investigated. Results of research have shown, that at immunization of birds described increase in specific volume lymphoid tissue and expansion of cortical zone of lymphoid follicules in bursa of Fabricius, increase in number of lymphoid follicules in a spleen, activization of blast transformation of lymphocytes and plasmatization in bursa of Fabricius, spleen and caecal tonsils. The positive influence of the 7% water solution of sodium thyosulfate on current immunomorphological responses in an organism of birds parenteral immunisation of hen youngsters against IBD, IB, ILT and ND with the liquid inactivated oil - emulsion vaccine is revealed
