The results of studying of influence of sea salt on immunological, haematological and biochemical characteristics of calves, vaccinated against cattle trychophytya are presented. As a result of the spent research it is established, that at experimental calves of the first and second groups in comparison with control by 21 day after the second vaccination statistically authentic increase (P0,01 - 0,001) of leukocytes on 78,3 and 72,9%, erythrocytes on 34,3 and 38,5%, concentration of haemoglobin on 26,2 and 31,6%, quantity of hematocrit on 37,2 and 44,9% and thrombocytes on 42,4 and 43,7% accordingly was observed. Bactericidal activity of calve blood serum of the first test group by the end of the test period has raised on 18,9%, in comparison with initial level, and lysozyme activity - on 23,4%. At calves of the second test group in comparison with the first the given indicators were a little above 20,1 and 25,9% (P0,05) accordingly. In group of the control indicators bactericidal and lysozyme activity of blood serum did not undergo considerable changes. The same tendency was marked and in the relation phagocytal activity of leukocytes in blood of test animals. Application of sea salt as the additive to the basic diet raises the content of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and ferrum in calves blood at their vaccination against Trychophytya, that it is positive impact on protein metabolism, strengthens natural resistance, raising bactericidal and lysozyme activity of calves blood serum, increasing the haemoglobin, erythrocyte and leukocyte content in blood
