Effects of electolytes on the performances of reproduction of the laying breeds in summer

chinois. 选择316日龄的笼养海兰褐壳蛋种鸡1440只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组设6个重复,每个重复组120只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加复方电解质的基础日粮.结果表明:(1)试验组每只鸡日采食量、蛋重、产蛋率和种蛋合格率比对照组高8.89 g、2.41 g、2.98%和2.46%,差异显著(P0.05);试验组死亡率比对照组低1.86%,差异显著(P0.05).(2)试验组蛋壳厚度、哈氏单位比对照组高0.021 mm和5.28,差异显著(P0.05).(3)试验组孵化率和健雏率比对照组高4.53%和5.21%,差异显著(P0.05).(4)试验组和对照组的蛋型指数和受精率差异均不显著(P0.05).表明日粮中添加复方电解质能有效地缓解蛋种鸡的热应激,调节机体的电解质平衡,提高蛋种鸡的繁殖性能.
