Study on changes and driving forces of the cultivated land resource in hilly areas of Central Southern China ―― A case study of Liling city of Hu’nan

chinois. 针对中南丘陵地区的土地利用特征，利用统计资料对湖南醴陵市近55年来的耕地面积变化进行了分析；同时运用主成分分析法对中南丘陵地区耕地利用变化的驱动因子进行了定量研究。结果表明，经济发展和社会系统压力是耕地面积变化的主要驱动因子。最后根据耕地面积变化的驱动力，提出了合理利用土地的相关建议。
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. The case is chosen in Liling city which is one of the typical cities in the hilly areas of central southern china. The change of cultivated land of Liling city from 1949 to 2004 was analyzed by using statistical data. Then the driving forces of the cultivated land resource change of Liling in recent 15 years were studied by using principal component analysis. On the basis of this, the paper revealed that the economic development and social systematic pressure were dominical driving forces for changes of cultivated land. In the end,in response to different driving forces, relevant countermeasures were brought forth.
