Effect of different soil environmental factors on N release rate of compound modified mineral coated urea

chinois. 在室内模拟4种不同的土壤环境因素(含水量、温度、质地、微生物),研究其对3种复合改性矿物包膜尿素(M、L、H)氮素释放的影响。结果表明,土壤质地和土壤含水量为田间持水量的35%~100%时,对3种复合改性矿物包膜尿素的氮素释放无显著性差异,说明土壤质地和水分条件不是影响复合改性矿物包膜尿素氮素释放的主要因素。但土壤温度和土壤微生物对3种复合改性矿物包膜尿素的氮素释放影响显著,培养温度由25 ℃升高到35 ℃,其氮素累积释放率分别增加27.65%,10.16%和20.32%;与不灭菌处理相比,土壤灭菌时其氮素累积释放率分别降低43.28%,45.16%和28.27%。说明在适合的水分和温度条件下,土壤中的微生物种类及其活性对复合改性矿物包膜尿素的氮素释放具有很大的影响。

A simulated experiment with four different soil environmental factors (water content, temperature, texture and microorganism) was carried out to study the effect of those factors on N release of three compound-modified-mineral-coated urea (CMMCU, M, L and H). The results indicated that the effects of soil texture and 35%-100% soil water content of field moisture capacity on N release of CMMCUs were not significant, which showed that soil water condition and soil texture were not the main factors influencing on N release of CMMCUs. However, soil temperature and soil microorganism had significant influence on N release of the fertilizer. Under same soil water content, N released rate increased by 27.65%, 10.16% and 20.32% with soil temperature increasing from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃, respectively. N released rate in sterilized soil was decreased by 43.28%, 45.16% and 28.27% compared with that in CK, respectively. Therefore, soil microorganism and its activity obviously influenced N release of CMMCUs under suitable soil water and temperature conditions.
