Development of the micro-douche and irrigation experiment in sands

chinois. 针对目前应用的灌水器存在抗堵塞性能差、成本高等不足,利用导水芯毛管水吸力作用向土壤供水的工作原理,研制了可避开敏感堵塞孔径0.7~1.5 mm、能有效降低灌水器堵塞问题的微润灌水器。在沙地开展的地下灌溉试验表明,减小灌水器的单位时间出流量,延长有效灌溉时间,并在灌水器下方铺设35 cm×35 cm塑料薄膜,可使该微润灌水器适合在沙地应用。两年的灌溉实践表明,该微润灌水器防堵效果明显。该微润灌水器具有结构简单、低工作压力和低成本的特点,适合大面积推广,对沙地地下灌溉技术的发展具有积极作用。

In the light of the existing poor blockade resisting performance and high cost in current douche, the micro-douche which could avoid blockade sensitive size of 0.7-1.5 mm douche bore diameter and reduce douche blockade problem efficaciously was developed through the work principle of capillary water suction effect providing water for soil. By way of developing the research of sands underground irrigation experiment, it was discovered that diminishing the unit time existing discharge, extending the efficacious irrigation time and paving 35 cm×35 cm plastic membrane under the douche could make the douche applicable in sands. As a result of two years’ practice test, the effect of blockade resisting was obvious. The douche with the trait of simple structure, low work pressure and low cost was suited to be popularized in large surface area, which was positive to the progress of underground irrigation technique in sands.
