In Iran about two third of wheat cultivated lands are rainfed. Different climate and changes of rainfall are the reasons for research activities on breeding and releasing new varieties of dry wheat. Awaring of investment return rate in research activities is effective for increasing the efficiency of authoritiesandrsquodecisions related to breeding research. This research was executed in four provinces, in order to determine the innovation acceptance and calculate the evaluation indicators of investment return rate on wheat varieties, named as: Sardari, Zagros, Niknezhad and Azar2.In this research 450 samples were chosen by cluster sampling method from farmers in these provinces: West Azarbayjan,Kermansah,Kohkiloieh va boyier ahmad,Markazy and Boshehr .The required data were collected through questionnaire completion and experts in those provinces and also from the available data in Cultivation Assistance of Agricultural Jihad Ministry, Agricultural Organizations, Program and Budget Office of Agricultural research Organization and finally Country dry farming research institute. Data analysis performed by innovation matrix for determining the innovation acceptance grades and by engineering economy under eightply Scenario including: benefit-cost ratio, internal rate of return and net present value for calculating the investment return .According to basic Scenario assumption, the benefit and cost are discounted with 16 and 20 percent and stability period of varieties 10 years after releasing and harvested area increase after 1381 would be 20 percent annually. The next seven Scenarios performed with change in discount rate ,stability duration of varieties and increase rate of harvested area . The results showed that the average of grades in innovation acceptance for all exploiters who used improved varieties was higher than others . The product yield average was also more in three-ply classes of innovation acceptance grades. Data analysis based on eight-ply scenarios in determining investment rate of return indicators showed that the criterions (B/C,NPV,IRR)with discount rates of 16,20,30,34 percents, under different conditions, have acceptable values from the point of economical indicators. Among the studied varieties Sardari has the most amount for evaluation indicators because of its expansive harvested area in country. Ministry of Jehad-e-Agricultural
