In order to evaluation of morphological characters in native wheats of sistan and baluchestan province of iran and that association among characters , 104 wheat morphotypes collected from this province derived from Iran national plant gene bank , each morphotype planted in one row with longth 2/5 m . All of measurements were done according to five random samples .Descreptive statistic analysis showed the most phenotypic variation coefficient belonged to yield . Correlation of coefficients between yield and number days from planting to booting , spike longth , 100 seed weight , number tiller , height , stem diameter , number spikelet , number seed in spike were positive and significant . Stepwise regression revealed that showed 100 seed weight , number seed in spike and number tiller are very effective in final yield variation . Factor analysis with varimax rotation showed six factors , explained 80 percent variance between characters .Cluster analysis by method k-means all of morphotypes divided to seven groups.
