In a four years study the reaction of peach rootstocks (Alavijeh, Misoury, Sheftaloo and Mariana), almond rootstocks (Bitter soft shell, Bittre hard shell, Scoparia and Arjanan), grape rooted seedlings (Asgari, Meheh, Yaghooti, Khalili, Sorkh fakhri, shahroodiand Bidaneh) and GF677 a cross of peach × almond, against root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne incognita race 2 and M. javanica were investigated . One year after inoculation of nematode into the soil around the roots in the sterile soil inside the micro plots the growing characteristics of the seedlings were measured and the number of nematodes in the soil and the roots were counted. The results showed that the investigated rootstocks were more susceptible to Meloidogyne incognita race 2 than M. javanica .The cultivars Mariana, Scoparia, Khalili and GF677 more resistant than the others to M.javanic .As a results: most of the rootstocks were susceptible to M.incognita race 2 ,but Mariana, Scoparia and GF677 rootstocks were low resistant.
