In this study, the studies on the asset management of the infrastructure such as bridges have been reviewed to acquire useful skills and knowledge about the asset management of the infrastructure for carrying out the study on the asset management of the agricultural irrigation infrastructure. The reason is why the study on the asset management of the agricultural irrigation infrastructure has just started although the studies on the asset management of the bridges has been taking the lead in the studies on the asset management of infrastructure. According to the acquired skills and knowledge about the asset management of the infrastructure by reviewing the studies of the asset management of the bridges, the usefulness of the application of the acquired skills and knowledge for the study on the asset management of the agricultural irrigation infrastructure has been reviewed, and the main issues of the studies on the asset management of the agricultural irrigation infrastructure have been identified.
