In micro plot trials processes involved in photosynthetic activity of 15 triticale experimental hybrids and their parental forms - 3 male sterile inbred lines with cms T. timopheevi: cms Salvo 15/1, B14, cms 19, B9, cms CHD 464/2 (Grado 2), B14 and 5 varieties of triticale as restores: Alzo, CHD 1181/98, Krakowiak, Lamberto, Sekundo. The processes involved in the photosynthetic activity have been measured by a combination of in vivo chlorophyll fluorescence (FV/FM, fiEo, PIABS) and chlorophyll content. The experimental hybrids have showed photosynthetic heterosis very rare. Among used parameters the performance index (PIABS) and chlorophyll content the best differentiated breeding material
