Comparison of technological usefulness indices and macroelement contents in the grain of some winter triticale cultivars

The purpose of the study was to compare some indicators of technological usability nd macroelements content in the grain of seven winter triticale cultivars (Krakowiak, Hewo, Pawo, Janko, Tornado, Sekundo, Kazo). It has been shown that the grains of triticale cultivars differ significantly in the weight of 1000 grains, glassiness and the contents of protein, gluten, ash and macroelements. The highest number of valuable indicators of technological usability have been found in the winter grain cultivar (Pawo) whilst, the highest macroelements content has been found in Kazo cultivar
