In the study were determined influences of different intensity cultivation on the yield and grain quality of three varieties of winter wheat. Two factors were examined in the study: cultivation technologies which differed according fertilization and plant protection, and varieties. The differences in yielding between varieties were revealed in the interaction with the growing seasons. The most favourable condition were in 2001, when the yield obtained was significantly higher. The lowest wheat yields were recorded in respect to the extensive cultivation technology. The gluten content in grain depended on the weather conditions in the research years and applied cultivation technology
