The research was conducted in a crop rotation experiment in the seasons 1998/99-01/02. Spring wheat was cultivated in a four field rotation: potatoes - spring wheat - seed beans - winter wheat. The influence of three methods of soil tillage and two levels of mineral fertilization on yielding of spring wheat was the aim of the study. The methods of tillage: A-plough tillage (18-20 cm), B-cultivating (10-12 cm), C-harrowing (8-10 cm). Fertilization levels: a-N-50.0, P-17.4, K-49.8, b-N-75.0, P-26.2, K-74.7 kg/ha. Conventional tillage significantly increased grain yield in comparison with reduced tillage. Intensive fertilization significantly increased grain yield
