The aim of this article is to analyse the economic conditions which EU countries are nowadays dealing with and to see what kind of economic policy in the EU countries after MacSharry's Reform and we have proved that it is being made according to the rule of pendulum, which consists in changeable applying of different options of monetary and fiscal policy. On the basis of that survey. Authors have constructed the model of pendulum, which allows to define the character of analysed economic policy in a period of time and Authors have verified it on the example of chosen EU countries. Finally Authors have showed some indicators and area of support for farm incomes
