CIR photograph in agro-environmental studies

The purpose of the work is evaluating the possibility of applying colour infrared (CIR) digital photography in agricultural and environmental examinations. Bands registering the radiation from the green light to a near infrared light were used to study characteristic features of the photographed patterns. The potential possibilities of applying the CIR photography were presented on examples of air photographs, for which the compilation of RGB channels was made with the IR channel. The technique of the visualization consisted of spectral strengthening of the image, this was in order to underline the content connected with the state of the described vegetation. The indices of colours were calculated on the basis of RGB images and then the CIR was compared
