Based on the multiannual research of diversity and gene pool conservation, and using the pilot example of Serbian spruce, this study proposes a new and original method of production of high-qiality forest trees seeds, created by the combination of the DNA analyses, multivariation statistical analyses, population genetics methods and GIS tools.
