Activity of protective mechanisms in cows in the conditions of increased density of soil pollution by rasiocaesium during feeding of Daurian larch wood biopolymer. The influence of biopolymer from Daurian larch wood (DLWB) on biochemical and immune status in milking cows in the conditions of increased density of soil pollution by radiocaesium was studied. The initial morphological blood test of two groups of cows (experimental and control) was characterized by higher content of eosinophils (18.20 and 19.58%), reducing rod neutrophils, as well as raising segmented neutrophils and lymphocytes with diformed nucleus, mainly with fragmentation (4.61 and 4.74%) corresponding to insufficient functional activity of adrenal cortex, red marrow and the negative influence of high doses of ionizing radiation. As is found, feeding of DLWB at the dose of 50 g/head for 60 days of grazing period had no negative influence on biochemical blood serum indices, but promoted optimization of morphological blood composition, enhancing the phagocytic activity of neutrophils and activation of T-lymphocytes. Some increase in the number of O-lymphocytes was observed (up to 56.22% - experimental and 48.70% - control). The portion of B-lymphocytes in the blood of experimental cows was by 18.42% lower than in the control correlating with the lower content of lgM (by 24.25%) in the blood serum of experimental animals and promoted reducing the antigenic exposure. It is concluded that DLWP containing up to 1.5% of dihydroquercetin and having antioxidant properties will promote lower negative effect of ionizing radiation when adding as food additive to cows' rations.
