Research of influence of pH value of soil on the yield and mineral content during the flowering of broccoli was done during 2006 and 2007. The goal of the research was to discover how different pH values and humus content have significant influence on the quality and chemical structure of broccoli. The greatest results and variability of the examined parameters were achieved in 2006, in conditions of calcification and examination of sour and poor humus soil, when the effect of these processes was manifested in increase of yield for 70% and mineral content for 35-40% in comparison to the sour and poor humus soil. In 2007, in conditions of neutral and rich humus soil, variability of the examined parameters in comparison to the control of attained parameters is almost double lower. All these implies the conclusion that calcification and examination of humus have the greatest influence on increase of yield and quality of broccoli on sour and poor humus soil.
