At the Veterinary Faculty of University of Zagreb, Croatia, a machine for flow cytometry was standardized for use in veterinary medicine, especially for immunophenotyping of haemopoetic cells of domestic animals. In this manuscript we showed the standardization method on a swine model, on samples of peripheral blood for immunophenotypification of CD45+, CD3+ and CD21+ cells.
