Contamining foreign substances in foods

The foreign substances presence in foods is discussed among many authors and institutes with the main objective to survey the risk factors influencing the hygienic safety of the products and foods. The substances which are not coming from abiotic and biotic part of environment belong to the foreign substances. Their presence is connected with anthropogenic activities. The contaminating foreign substances are those coming to the natural environment from various sources of contamination and form large group of many compounds. To these contaminats belong compounds coming from the agricultural chemisation, the food processing, emissions from energetics, from industry and traffic, organic xenobiotics, radioactive contaminants and waste pollutants.
