Monitoring epigeic groups of edaphon in spring barley (Hordeum sativum, var. annua) and winter barley (Hordeum sativum, var. biennis) in the locality of Nitra - Dolná Malanta over 2002-2004

Epigeic material of spring barley (Hordeum sativum, var. annua) and winter barley (Hordeum sativum, var. biennis) was collected in the locality of Nitra - Dolná Malanta in a period covering 2002-2004. Twenty eight epigeic groups were detemnined, comprising 37,613 individuals (spring barley 56.99 % and winter barley 43.01%). The epigeic group Acarina with 12 193 individuals had the dominant position (spring barley 71.16% and winter barley 28.44%), followed by Collembolla with 11,298 individuals (spring barley 50.76% and winter barley 49.24%), Coleoptera with 7,860 individuals (spring barley 48.77% and winter barley 51.23%), Araneidea with 2,316 individuals (spring barley 47.67% and winter barley 52.33%) and Aphidoidea with 1,305 individuals (spring barley 70.04% and winter barley 29.96%). We found out 16 families in the order Coleoptera of which dominated Carabidae with 5 401 individuals (spring barley 47.06% and winter barley 59.54%), Staphilinidae with 969 individuals (spring barley 52.32 % and winter barley 47.68%) and Anthicidae with 800 individuals (spring barley 51.87% and winter barley 48.13 %). The family Carabidae included 18 species of which the species Harpalus rufipes (De Geer) with 4,217 individuals (spring barley 43.85 and winter barley 56.15 %) and Pterostichus melanaríus (III.) with 466 individuals (spring barley 69.67% and winter barley 31.33%) were the most powerful. We calculated indexes in evaluating identity and diversity. The value of species identity according to Jaccard was 68.42% of similarity of the observed zoocoenosis. The identity of dominance was evaluated as described by Renkonnen and made 88.39% of similarity. The values of diversity of spring barley and winter barley are 1.0933 and 0.8358, respectively, in favour of the former barley.

Bolo determinovaných 28 epigeických skupín, s počtom 37 613 jedincov (jačmeň jarný 56,99% a jačmeň ozimný 43,01%). Dominantné zastúpenie mali Acarina 12 193(jačmeň jamý 71,16% a jačmeň ozimný 28,84%), Collembola 11 298 (jačmeň jarný 50,76% a jačmeň ozimný 49,24%), Coleoptera 7 860 jedincov, jačmeň jarný 48,77% a jačmeň ozimný 51,23%), Araneidea 2 316 jedincov, (jačmeň jarný 47,67% a jačmeň ozimný 52,33%), Aphidoidea 1 305 jedincov (jačmeň jarný 70,04% a jačmeň ozimný 29,96%). Pri Coleoptera bolo determinovaných 16 čeľadí s dominantným zastúpením čeľade Carabidae 5 401 jedincov (jačmeň jarný 47,06% a jačmeň ozimný 59,54%), Staphylinidae 969 jedincov (jačmeň jarný 52,32% a jačmeň ozimný 47,68%) a Anthicidae 800 jedincov, (jačmeň jarný 51,87% a jačmeň ozimný 48,13%). Počet druhov v rámci Carabidae bol 18, s dominantným zastúpením druhu Harpalus rufipes (De Geer), 4 217 ex, jačmeň jarný 43,85% a ozimný 56,15% a Pterostichus melanarius (III.), 466 ex, jačmeň jarný 68,67% a ozimný 31,33%. Pri hodnotení identity a diverzity boli vypočítané indexy. Hodnota druhovej identity podľa Jaccarda 68,42% podobnosti sledovaných zoocenóz, identita dominancie podľa Renkonnena 88,39% podobnosti. Hodnoty diverzity pre jačmeň jarný 1,0933 a jačmeň ozimný v prospech jačmeňa jarného.
