The objective of the article is to analyse the growth dynamic of introduced coniferous tree species in forest stand 334C3 in the Křtiny Training Forest Enterprise and to propose the principles their tending. There were classified 7 tree species: Abies nordmanniana (Stev.), Abies procera (Rehd.), Picea omorika (Pančić), Picea glauca (Moench), Pinus ponderosa (Laws.), Pinus sibirica (Du Tour) and Sequoiadendron giganteum (Lindl.). The part of results is comparison of the growth these tree species with native species. There was found out that two best and most progressive species are Abies nordmanniana and Picea omorika. Exotic species Abies procera and Picea glauca fail behind these two species in the growth development and regarding their specific ecological character is important to optimize their composition in forest stand mixtures. Both introduced species of pine are unsuitable for growth in our conditions, characteristic is their high mortality.
