The influence of Common Agricultural Policy on economical situation of agricultural enterprises

With accession to EU and acceptance of Common Agricultural Policy the agriculture of Czech Republic incorporates in framework which is characteristic by bold aid, controls of agrarian market and tariff and non-tariff cover of common market EU. The authors present a follow-up study based on their previous long-term investigation concerning the analysis of the impacts of state agrarian policy and direct payments on the economy of agricultural enterprises. The study summarizes the process of preparation of the transition from state subsidies to direct payments and the results of the analyses of direct payments impacts, SAPS and different variants of additional payments. The study was elaborated on the basis of the results of economic development monitored in selected agricultural enterprises in the Czech Republic. There are described the advantages and the disadvantages of standard direct payments and simplified system and in conclusion is described the proposal for regional structure on the basis of productive sight of agricultural enterprises and intensity of agricultural production in the region.
