Analysis of protein quantities from five edible insects such as Bombay Locust, Omphisa Fuscidentalis Hampson, Red ant, Scarab Beetle and Short tailed cricket, By keeping the sample at Klongtoey market in Bangkok, the analysis of Kjeldahl method to be found the percents of nitrogen and brought to calculate for protein percent. The results of study are protein quantities from the five edible insects. They have percents of nitrogen as 2.028, 0.998, 1.094, 2.056, 1.751 and percents of protein as 12.675, 6.241, 6.842, 12.851, 10.946 The quantities from most to least protein are Scarab Beetle, Bombay locust, Short tailed cricket, Red ant, Omphisa Fuscidentalis Hampson.
