[Genotype variability in plant breeding]

anglais. The paper deals with changes in genotypic potential, in particular of pollinator plants of hops while breeding them. In general, it is concluded that such processes as breeding and seed production of farm crops are carried out on the basis of the progressive and regressive variabilities. Breeding takes control over the process of experimental evolution and brings to the creation of new varieties, and seed production contributes to preserving them and improving together with multiplication. For this reason the cyclic character of the plant genotype variability is to be understood.
