[Systemic analysis of the production process of malt barley]

anglais. Regularities are considered of the production process of malt barley with elements of yield structure and quality indices. The quality of the malt barley is found out to be interrelated with the elements of the yield structure in the following consequence: sowing (r= 0.975) – yield (r = 0.935) – quality (r = 0.918). The diastatic force correlates with the mass of a large caryopses (r =0.86). The mass of a large caryopsis does with the amount of productive stems per unit of sowing area (r =0.94), with the mass of the grain of a single ear (=0.92) strongly correlating with the number of grains in a single ear (r=0.99). Realizing the barley yield structure elements is conditioned by sowing, that is confirmed by an inverse correlation of the number of grains in a single ear with the number of plants per unit of length of a drill row (r=0.85). The ability of crop cultivations as a system in forming elements of the yield structure is predetermined by a sowing rate, a distance between the plants in a row, mineral fertilizers. When increasing the plant density and using high rates of mineral fertilizers, the productivity and grain content of a ear is getting lower, the number of stems per unit of area increases. A conclusion is drawn that the quality of the malt barley is realized depending on the cropping pattern.

ukrainien. Розглядаються закономірності продуційного процесу пивоварного ячменю з елементами структури урожайності та показниками якості. Встановлено, що якість пивоварного ячменю взаємопов язана з елементами структури врожайності в послідовності: сівба (r= 0,975) – урожайність (r = 0,935) – якість (r = 0.918). Діастична сила корелює з масою крупної зернівки (r =0,86). Маса крупної зернівки з кількістю продуктивних стебел на одиниці площі посіву (r =0,94), з масою зерна колоса (=0,92) яка сильно корелює з кількістю зерен у колосі (r=0,99). Реалізація елементів структури врожайності ячменю зумовлюється з висівом, що підтверджується зворотним кореляційним зв язком кількості зерен колоса з кількістю рослин на одиниці довжини посівного рядка (r=0,85). Здатність посівів як системи у формуванні елементів структури врожайності визначається нормою висіву, відстанню між рослинами у рядку, мінеральними добривами. При збільшенні густоти рослин і застосуванні високих доз мінеральних добрив знижуються продуктивність і озерненість колоса, зростає кількість стебел на одиниці площі посіву. Робиться висновок, що якість пивоварного ячменю реалізується залежно від структури посіву.
