Research on the effect of the Reni products on the development and productivity of garden pea

The experimental work was performed during the 2005-2007 period with three garden pea varieties: Pulpudeva - early variety, Skinado - mid-early and Vyatovo - late variety, at the Maritsa Vegetable Crops Research Institute - Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The treatment with the products was done in bud-formation phase as well as in the beginning of blossoming by 200 ml/da dose. The effect of RENI and RENI A was positive on the plant weight, pod number and weight, grain number and weight in Skinado and Vyatovo. These products had no effect on the height of the first fruit and on the total plant height. An increase of pods amount as well as of green mass, pods and grains yield per decare in variety Vyatovo after treatment with RENI was proven. The new products studied resulted in a change of yield and average grain size.
