According to directive 2005/32/ЕC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 6 July 2005, the energy efficiency is a main assessment for the work of every developed system. In modeling and control of the drying processes in a grain dryer by electronic system is necessary to formulate criteria for quality assessment of the obtained production and the system efficiency assessment as a whole. Creation of drying models is in vital significance for achieving of quality production using minimum energy consumption. The aim of the paper is proposing of criteria and algorithms for assessment of grain quality in drying by mobile dryer and a drying assessment criterion, as well as the results evaluated from the investigation of the elaborated criteria. The criteria for assessment of grain drying for a mobile dryer, and the results from the investigation allow prediction and evaluation of the grain quality and its temperature-moisture regime based on the main drying parameters - alteration speed and outgoing value of the moisture, the grain temperature, and the drying agent temperature.
