[Morphology of purulent and catarrhal inflammation and reparative regeneration of endometria at cows under influence of erimetrinis and rifacyclin]

In article cited the data of nonspecific resistance at cows in pregnant dry period with the purpose of forecasting current of the postnatal period. Influence erimetrinis on endometrial and restoration of reproductive function at cows is investigated. Results of research have shown, that level of nonspecific resistance of an organism at cows in dry period is unequal. Lysozyme activity of whey of blood at cows for 50 prospective days prior to calving fluctuated from 6,62 to 11,35 mmol/l. Eventually, for 40 and especially 20 days prior to calving indicators of lysozyme activity of whey of blood at all cows decrease a little. However essential changes are marked at those animals at whom the percent of lysozyme activity of whey of blood for 50 days prior to calving did not exceed 8,0 mmol/l. It is established, that especially at these animals decrease is noticed 10 days prior to birth and before birth that makes from 5,45 6,85 mmol/l. During the postnatal period there is a further decrease of lysozyme activity of whey of blood and on 5-8th day at animals signs of postnatal purulent-catarrhal enometritis are shown. Indicators of bactericidal activity of whey of blood at cows during the different periods of dry period fluctuated from 42 to 75 % that testifies to low total activity of humoral factors of resistance of organism of dry cows. Similar changes occur and to indicators of phagocytosis of leukocytes. By research it is established, that if phagocytic activity of leukocytes for 50 days prior to birth is below 58,6%, phagocytic index is less than 6,0, and phagocytic number is low than 4,5 these indicators before birth decrease even more and accordingly make 48,84±1,28%, 4,95+0,56 and 3,24+0,36. At these animal (19 cows, 38%) signs of postnatal purulent-catarrhal endometritis are shown in the postnatal period (on 5-8th day)
