Infected plantlets in in vitro culture demonstrated typical symptoms of ACLSV damaging: chlorotic and necrotic spots. The infectiousness of apple clone rootstock in in vitro conditions dramatically decreased the propagation rate and medium length of PB-4 and 62-396 rootstocks shoots, and provoked substantial increase of vitrificated and callus tissues percent. Changes of parameters studied were reliable at significance level 0,001. Increasing of passage number resulted in higher rate of infected, vitrificated and necrotic tissues simultaneously with the increasing of propagation rate and mean stem length. Obtained data may be the result of partial adaptation of apple clonal rootstock culture to the infection of virus used
