Investigation of the structure of soil microbocenosis and rhizosphere of the vegetative vegetable crops (red beet (Beta vulgaris L.), cabbage (Brassica oleracea) and carrot (Daucus carota L.)), their saturation with agronomically essential nitrogen fixing and phosphate mobilizing microorganisms after the plowdown of lupine green manure crop treated with the biological preparations Rhizobacterin and Phytostimofos was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of the investigation there was determined the after-effect of the studied method which occurred in the vegetable crops rhizosphere enrichment with diazotrophic and phosphate mobilizing bacteria and microorganisms of agronomically essential groups necessary for the mineralization processes. In the realized experiments there was shown the possibility of regulation of the number of agronomically essential groups of soil microorganisms by means of application of ecologically safe biological preparations Rhizobacterin and Phytostimofos for the increasing of soil microorganisms potential. Their application enriched the analysed topsoil with diazotrophic and phosphate mobilizing bacteria that in its turn proved to be the indirect measure for the enhancement of its nitrogen fixing and phosphate mobilizing potential
