Tremlya carp is the breed adapted for cultivation in the conditions of Polesje lowland (Republic of Belarus) which is characterized by the high concentration of iron solute in water. This factor has adverse effect on the survival rate of the fish, especially at the early stages of the development. Therefore, the assessment of the different crosses for the tolerance to this adverse factor is very important. In the result of the conducted work the crosses that were more tolerant to the higher concentration of the iron solute in water were found. By the results of experiences it is visible, that there is a high variability on toxic tolerance of larvae of a different origin. The analysis of components of crossing on the considered indicator also specifies in high variability, both between parental forms, and in each of the considered combinations. As a result of experiences it is established, that layer of Tremlya carp (a parent component of crossings) possess the raised general combinational ability on toxic tolerance of three-day factory larvae. Thus, crosses for which reception are used females of layers of Tremlya carp and males of Lakhvinskij scaly and German carps, are adapted for cultivation in reservoirs with the high content of iron dissolved in water
