chinois. 以安祖花嫩叶为试材,研究安祖花品种、培养基不同组分和培养温度对叶片愈伤组织诱导率的影响.结果表明,品种是影响安祖花叶片愈伤组织诱导率的主要因素;培养基成分和培养温度影响叶片愈伤组织诱导率,当6-BA浓度为0.5mg•L-1时,嫩叶形成愈伤组织能力较强;将硝酸铵用量减少至MS配方量的1/2时,叶片愈伤组织诱导率没有变化,但当硝酸铵和氯化钙用量同时减至1/2时,叶片愈伤组织诱导率提高;采用21～26℃变温培养较恒温培养更能促进叶片愈伤组织的形成.嫩叶在改良MS(1/2硝酸铵+1/2氯化钙)+0.5mg•L-1 6-BA+0.1mg•L-1 NAA培养基中,日温26℃,夜温21℃的变温暗培养,叶片愈伤组织诱导率高.
