Inter-relationship among characters and path coefficient studies in Dahlia

The studies on the correlation and path coefficient analysis were conducted using 18 germplasm accssions of dahlia. The genotypic correlations were higher than the phenotypic correlations. The number of flower per plant was positively and significantly correlated with the plant height and flower disk diameter and negatively correlated with the days to bulb emerges. The number of bulb per plant significantly and positively correlated with the plant height, number of seed per flower and flower disk diameter.
