In order to study the effects of different methods of grafting and rootstocks on grafting success with use of olive cultivars this research was conducted in completely randomized design with a factorial experiment. The factors were rootstocks: Roghani, Zard, seedling and grafting method: cleft, chip and T budding and scions of 16 cultivars: Halkidikis, Patrini, Tiaki, Agouromanako, Megaron, Manaki, Arbequina, Amphisis, Mission, Leccino, Conservolia, Beladi, dezfouli, Sevillana, Kronaeiki and Manzanilla. In cultivars of Megaron, Agromanaco and Halkidikis were grafted with methods of T and chip on rootstocks evaluated scion length and diameter chlorophyll content and minerals concentration. Analysis of variance showed none significantly difference between rootstocks .The cleft method had maximum graft union success. Chip budding method settled in lowest group with producing minimum grafted plants. Maximum graft union success belongs to Megaron, Tiaki and Halkidikis and lowest success belongs to Conservolia, dezfouli and Beladi cultivars. Interaction of rootstocks with grafting methods showed that cleft grafting on rootstocks of Zard and Roghani has maximum success. The result of Chip grafting on seedling rootstock was better than Zard and Roghani Rootstocks. There wasn&rsquot significant interaction between rootstocks of Zard and Roghani in chip and T budding. The seedling rootstock in T budding had lowest success. Interaction between rootstocks and cultivars showed that combination of seedling rootstock with Halkidikis and Manaki had highest success. Combination of Roghani rootstocks with Megaron and Tiaki was in next step. The lowest success belongs to cultivar Arbequina, Beladi and Leccino with seedling rootstock. Interaction between grafting methods and cultivars showed that the cultivars of Tiaki, Megaron, Patrini and Mission have the best result with cleft method. There wasn&rsquot significant difference interaction between T budding with cultivars of Amphisis, Patrini, Mission, Leccino, Conservolia, and Beladi, dezfouli, Sevillana and chip with cultivars Arbequina, Kronaeiki, Manzanilla, Konservalia, Leccino, Sevillana, Mission, Beladi and dezfouli. Graft combination of Zard- Megaron had the highest length and diameter. The lowest were observed in Roghani–Halkidikis, Zard- Agromanaco and Zard – Halkidikis. The highest Chlorophyll content was observed in combinations of Zard – Agromanaco, seedling - Agromanaco and seedling Halkidikis. It's lowest was analyzed in Roghani – Agromanaco. Graft combination of Zard- Halkidikis had highest nitrogen content seedling – Halkidikis had the lowest. The highest phosphorous content was in graft combination of Seedling – Halkidikis and lowest in graft combination of Roghani – Halkidikis.
