In order to reach the most proper planting distance lines and harvesting time of this crop atrial was carried out by split plot design in RCBD form with 4 replicates. in which planting distance lines were studied as main factor (A) in three levels of (40, 60, and 80 cm) and harvest time as a subfactor (B) in three levels of (10-20% of flowers appearance,40-60% of flowers appearance, 80-100% of flowers appearance). After plant settelement from third year on, leaf yield, dried and fresh production of each Treatment were being specified. At the end of each year simple analysis and at the end of third year trial combined analysis were done and yield comparision among different treatment was performed by Duncan test method. Accoraing to tables variance analysis, significancy and insignificancy of A and B factors and A × B interaction effects have been measured. Results of interaction effects of A × B factors indicated that A1B2 (planting distance lines of 40 cm and harvest time of 40-60% flowers appearance) treatment had the highiest leaf yield of 3.24 T/ha among different treatments and was classified as Aclass.
